I choose methods to fit the task — not the person to fit one method.

Exhaustion, low motivation, avoidance, overload and rebuilding sustainable functioning.
Not a generic lecture about stress, but a program built around the team’s real task: employee support, training, risk assessment and leadership support.
Program topics include burnout prevention, step-by-step adaptation, emotional regulation, psychological trauma at work, psychological first aid, communication and conflict.

I have been working as a psychologist since 2014. My practice combines evidence-based approaches, clear structure and plain human language — without mysticism or promises of instant transformation.
I work with adults and couples, and I also run groups and trainings. My main areas include anxiety, emotional regulation, BPD, adult ADHD, trauma, relationships, sexuality, burnout and adaptation.
For me, it is important not only to understand why something happens, but also to find what can realistically be done about it in everyday life.
